But it is now being claimed that the yet to be launched Verizon HTC One smartphone could pack the 4.2.2 version of Android right out of the box when released. This is very good news for users on Verizon waiting to get the HTC One.
Looking at all the exclusives that Verizon offers for its customers, we can imagine something like this happening. This will save users from waiting long for an update which is standard procedure for a Verizon Android smartphone. We’re still not a 100% about this yet, so take it with a pinch of salt.
